Depression Following Pregnancy Loss

Our guest for this show is Kathryn Bleiberg, Ph.D. a licensed clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical Center.  Dr. Bleiberg specializes in the treatment of depression during and after pregnancy and following pregnancy loss. She has expertise in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), an empirically validated treatment that examines current interpersonal difficulties and symptoms. Dr. Bleiberg is the program coordinator of the Payne Whitney Women's Program and sees patients for individual and couples psychotherapy in her private practice at Cornell.
