Rita Hall  is retired after 26 years of service to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. 

Rita retired at the rank of Sergeant. She has  Masters degree in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution.

In 1998 , Rita co founded a non-profit organization Holy Helping Hands. The organization has three target populations that they serve. They serve US Veterans, foster care youth and abused women.

Rita's life has been dedicated to the service of God's people. 

Her organization feeds the homeless, mentors and volunteers at the Veterans hospital.  Every March, they host a scholarship luncheon specifically for foster care children.

And in October of 2015, Rita co-partnered with Ms. Carolyn Washington of Maryland and her Sisters4Sisters organization.

Together, Carolyn and Rita founded Handbags of Hope Across America. 
They organized a nationwide event of collecting hand bags filled with toiletries and a gift card to donate to women at domestic violence shelters.

Nationwide they collected over 2,500 purses. The purses were distributed in such cities as Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Diego, Las Vegas, San Francisco just to name a few.

Rita has spent the majority of her life volunteering. Her Motto is "Making a Difference, one life at a time".
