As a person who has dealt with depression multiple times, I know some of the problems that could/can/does keep a person down. Now what I'm about to type is not true for all cases, but in many cases, what we think about can keep us in depressive moods. Sometimes we just think on or meditate on wrong things and that makes us depressed. I would like to offer some alternative thinking patterns. I believe they can help. They have tremendously helped me!
