Religion & Love: Would you switch for your Honey?

Writer's Block NYC has been with the TLC fam for 6 months! Here's a formal introduction to the group:

Amen Sterling- Amen has written poetry since he was fifteen years old. He has been submitting poetry for different anthologies and poetic competitions.

Mika Douglass-Mika, is a Fusion of East & West Indian,& twist of the Bronx. In the open mic scene performing her poetic wares. Writer of fiction & rap artist, Versatility is Ms. Douglass.

Jordy Lee- a.k.a. Jordy Writes is a New Yorker by birth & songwriter by passion. Started writing poetry in his teen years & his love was never lost.

Hypnotic-33 years, Christian, Hispanic, & New Yorker.A go getter & lover of life always thinking the sky’s the limit. Writing has always been instilled in her.

Luis Palabras- or Luis Feliciano is a poet & a father of two wonderful boys. Love,Pain,Sadness,& Joy have been the emotions that shape his poetry. His style is also called “Floetry".

Gigi- or Ann-Gracieuse Richardson. She comes from a proud West Indian family. She first fell in love with poetry when she was five years old.

Efrain Velasquez III- started out in the realm of Hip-Hop and Rap. However, in his early 20s the birth of his poetry was to follow the birth of his daughter.

Liz Diaz- is a performer & poet. She first discovered spoken word in high school & instantly connected with the art, blending her geeky loves with traditional poetry.

Emicia Parker-  Writing since the 7th grade, her first poem won the Brooklyn Borough Presidents award. She has garnered the position of editor at 2 popular online magazines.
