Woman of GOD, He is calling you to a higher elevation accept the call. Ruth 1-4 A Friend Boaz called her a Virtuous woman Ruth was a Moabite born in Moab. She was a descendant of Lot and the great; great + granddaughter of Lot’s first born son Moab. She was Abraham kinswoman by Lot. She by the Mosaic had no rights to any inheritance of marriages. Throughout the years GOD had giver order to the Hebrew’s these laws specified that they could not marry into the other nations, Deuteronomy 7:1-11 and in that same book 23:1-6 GOD told them not allow the Ammonites or the Moabites to enter into the congregation of the LORD even to the tenth generation because they refused to meet Israel with bread and water while traveling to the promise land. GOD’S love for father Abraham was so pure that He had compassion on Lot and his descendants and would give them their inheritance as well, Deuteronomy 2:8-9. Because their was a famine in the land of Bethlehem-Judah Naomi and her husband Elimelech and two sons migrated to Moab. After the death of Elimelech their sons Mahlon and Chilion married Ruth and Orpha. We as the children of GOD have always taken things into our own hand. Made our own decisions and believed this is right for the moment even if it doesn’t fit in with GOD’S will for our lives and even if it disrupt our blessings and altar the course of our lives forever. The Moabites would often maintain hostile relations with the Israelites and frequently harassed them in war, Judges 3:12-30 and I Samuel 14. The Israelites had their last encampment before they entered the land of Canaan, also Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the Mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah and died there in the land of Moab according to the word of the LORD Deuteronomy 34:5-6. Moses saw the promise land on Mount Nebo and on Mt. Nebo he died alone. We tend to do all the forbidden things that can only please the flesh and satan. I believe Ruth fell in love with the Jew’s laws and customs. While married to her husband she had the honor to hear the laws of Moses spoken over and over in her ear. She learned that their isn’t but one GOD and he destroyed nations for the Hebrews and that GOD was and is today HOLY. Her Husband had to get permission from her father and a dowry was given in order to marry her. The Jewish customs had to be implemented as well. She had to be a virgin and willing to convert to GOD’S laws and commandments. Being a Moabite and living in her own country she was shunned by her race and talked about. Refusing to follow their customs made it a hard life for her, but because she accepted Naomi’s GOD she was protected. After the death of her husband and two sons, Naomi could no longer live in a pagan nation so she decided to move back to Bethlehem-Judah. Ruth followed Naomi but Orpah decided to remain with her kinsmen. Because she decided to do this GOD would bestow upon her a personal integrity (honor). When we make a choice to serve GOD He store up a blessing for us that we don’t have room to receive it all. Salvation is for those that want it. Ruth wanted what she heard about and she understood that even with the death of her husband their was still hope. We have a problem with hope and we wont exercise our faith. Ruth endured the persecutions that was given to her from her own relatives and friends, but despising the shame and rejection she followed her only link to GOD. We to often kill out the prophet that was sent to bless and not curse be it Jew or gentile, male of female white, black, Hispanic, etc. Ruth heard of her blessings in her wilderness (Moab) but didn’t receive her blessings until she went to her place called there (the promise land). Naomi knew the customs and laws and gave her instructions of the Jewish customs and laws. The kinsman was the key but the strategy was how to get to the kinsman. Their was one obstacle in the way by law when a male die the law was that the next of kin must step up and redeem the possessions of the dead man. In this case it was the land, Naomi and Ruth. Here is the mind of GOD. GOD had purposed in Ruth’s before creation to marry Boaz. In order for this to occur Elemelech had to move to Moab because of famine in the land. When Adam and Eve sinned against GOD satan messed up the blood line the genetic composition of mankind by a bacterium. GOD had to ensure a perfect race of people with a pure bloodline whose genes were not contaminated. Genes that would be transferred from one generation to the next. Now Ruth time had come for her blessing from GOD to be manifested and His purpose to be carried out in the unseen and manifested through our LORD JESUS CHRIST and Savor of the world. In order for her to reach her full potential in life was 1. Be in GOD’S timing. 2. Move out of her wilderness, 3. Move into her place called their, 3. Learn the custom of the laws, 4. Abide by those laws, 5. Follow the steps and go to the threshing floor anointed and lay at his feet. When you are in GOD’S timing and you come out of sin you began to seek for your place of comfort where you can meet GOD and once you are proven and will obey His commandments He will answer your prayer and anoint you for blessing and His purpose in your life. The anointing only accompany the purpose. The anointing will carry out the purpose assigned to your life. there is something powerful with GOD when you pray at midnight. David said three times a day will he pray to the LORD in the morning at noon and at midnight. Daniel prayed three times a day facing Jerusalem. We need to communicate with GOD in prayer three times a day. Ruth obeyed Naomi, she went to Boaz field to glean. In those days after harvest time the poor was allowed to go in the fields and glean what was left. Ruth did two things she gleaned the laws of GOD from Naomi. Every time she would go to the fields Naomi would obtain small amounts of information about the Jewish laws and what she needed to do for the next time she went. Then the actual gleaning of the barley she did as wells. The word of GOD is what we glean from reading the bible every day. Keeping the word of GOD in our hearts that we might not sin against GOD, keeping His commandments alive. At the threshing floor Ruth would lay by Boaz feet and when he discovered her by Moses laws a woman would be stoned and killed. Boaz heard she was a virtuous woman and decided to keep her from being killed so he decided to do the right thing. The one that would be nest in line would be the one that would redeem the possession, be it land human or animals. Their was another kinsman and Boaz had to see if he wanted to possess the land that Naomi had and all that went along with it. The kinsman did not want it. This would allowed Boaz a chance to do what was right by Ruth. Had Ruth not have followed Naomi and loved GOD she wouldn’t have met Boaz who was the kinsman that was next in line to redeem, who is the ancestor of King David who is the ancestor of CHRIST. By the Mosaic law the kinsman has to redeem to marry their kinfolk wife in order to keep the blood line going. JESUS became our kinsman that has stood in line to redeem us back to GOD. You see we were enemies of GOD by Adam sins and in order for us to be redeemed He had to pay a price by His death and the shedding of His blood. The bride groom was sold for thirty pieces of silver. The Hebrew brides father was given thirty and as far as fifty scheckles of silver as a dower in marriage. JESUS waited next in line after we had been married to satan in sin. He refused to allow us to be killed or made a public example a whore but made us a virtuous woman, HIS BRIDE. A person that gleans has given up everything just to meet CHRIST Your Kinsman is JESUS CHRIST your redeemer He is your Boaz. JESUS told me to tell you don’t glean anymore, you are a virtuous woman and because of who you are JESUS said you will eat at His table. He told me to tell you that you are a pastor and 2009 is your year. For you to launch out into your own work. You have helped others but now it is your time you are overdue. He told me to tell you, you will not want for anything because you belong to Him. He want to make your name great. don’t look at what friends say. He said that He has given you time with your family, now it is time for fulltime ministry and family wont be left out. When you step out you wont have to glean anymore. He told me that you are a worshipper and you always come into His presence and that He love your praise and worship. If you obey Him you will began to see increase immediately. He told me to tell you where you were gleaning wont sustain you next year because you have been elevated to the next level. You have five fold ministry. Isaiah 61 and Deuteronomy 28 GOD has made you the HEAD.
