Goodbye Good Girl - Letting Go of "The Rules"

How many times have you felt like you had to "behave", be a "good girl" or "good boy"? Probably more times than you can count.

We go to school to be good girls and boys - so that we can get out and have a career and make a living. And then we find ourselves unhappy, either vaguely or tremendousyl, and we start to wonder why. It is at that point that we start to find spirituality.

But we still can't leave our lives. So how do we start to free ourselves from "The Rules" that are put on us from others, or from the training of the social realities we live in?
