The Fourth Branch: Fueling the Sex Offender Industry, Thursday, July 13, 2017, 6-8 p.m. Pacific; 7-9 p.m. Mountain; 8-10 p.m. Central; 9-11 p.m. Eastern. Lisa Mitchell will continue to present evidence that children who are in state care arbitrarily received Abilify, "added to their regimen,"  Wellbutrin, "the skinny, happy, horny" drug, and Gardasil, in a pre-determined plan to make them sexually active.

The results of the State making this policy include children and adults with disturbed boundaries over sexual behavior, charges or retaliation brought against children and their parents who speak out, increased pregnancies among foster care youth. All of these and other outcomes create jobs for state personnel such as judges, Public Defenders, District Attorneys, DHS attorneys and caseworkers, probation officers, Sex Offender board members, and other oversight positions, as well as private therapists, and many more "professions."

Their oversight and therapy don't protect children. They protect the Poverty Industry and the Sex Offender Industry.
