The Holy Spirit manifested this gift in Acts chapter 10 when He supernaturally brought Peter together with Cornelius so that the Holy Spirit fell on Cornelius' household, showing that in God's eyes there was no difference between the Jews and the Gentiles when it came to salvation and being baptized with the Holy Spirit.
