Today, are black women saving Planned Parenthood? That's what is being said of celebrity black women like Star Jones and Nia Long this week on the online magazine The Root. Melissa tackles this article to get at what's really going on in the relationship between Planned Parenthood and the black community.
We will also be discussing the first-ever and only known reversal of an abortion in process with the doctor who performed this amazing feat, Dr. Matt Harrison. Dr. Harrison was able to save baby Kaylie from near certain death after her mother, Ashley, took the first of the RU-486 abortion pills. Listen to Dr. Harrison's experiences dealing with the culture of death.
We also welcome Bill Diss, the high school teacher from Portland who was targeted by Planned Parenthood, and in collusion with his school administrators, was fired from his teaching job earlier this month. We will explore what Bill has learned about Planned Parenthood in his many years opposing their expansion and sex ed content and how you can support him through his continued legal fight with the school board.
