It continues with her first vision at age seven, saving her sister from serious injury (or possibly death) from a taxi that pulled in their driveway while they were both riding bikes. Then as an adult, Jayzie began her slow, but steady ascension as a professional psychic, reading tea leaves for personal clients at her kitchen table to her amazing success to the top of her field as a pioneering call center executive, and media personality in the 1990's.
Jayzie's path was diverted by a horrific family tragedy in 2000, when her brother Marty was shot and killed in a Montreal restaurant over an unpaid gambling debt. Marty subsequently appeared to Jayzie as a troubled, restless spirit who longed for justice, and so, wanting to bring peace to her family (and to Jayzie herself, as Marty had ways of being very demanding of his sister's cooperation!), she took on the somewhat reluctant role of psychic detective. Jayzie is now just completing a memoir of this other-worldly paranormal experience, written in the form of a psychic detective ghost story, tentatively titled The Soul of Light.
