We all know what it's like to encounter the Shadow...those nightmare creatures and crazy-makers we meet during sleeping and waking life.
But what about the Bright Shadow?
This is a term introduced by psychologist Carl Jung to describe the positive qualities we haven't accepted in ourselves.
Just as we try to disown our shadow, we often try to disown our highest potential as well, which can cause just as many issues.
In this episode I'll talk a bit about the Bright Shadow and what it entails and then lead you on a journey to meet an aspect of your Bright Shadow.
