woops! It appears my last comment posted twice. I don't know why, but sorry about that! LOVED this show, really good job you two! I especially liked the 'become the change you want to see' and the analogy of the rope and needing to walk toward the child to provide slack and empower the child. You're especially gifted with the use of visuals to explain complex concepts.
