  Changes....Are you ready?

  I am a mortgage professional and have been for over 10 years. I don't need to stress that economically we have under went a severe economic transformation. Prior, the story went, that a professional ad to work hard to earn the business of prospecting mortgage clients. These days, how things have changed! Now, there clients begging for assistance. Whether they're homeowners struggling with their current mortgage payment and other monthly liabilities, or they're in the market to make a purchase, the credit meltdown has stifled amny Amricans from achieving, what is the cornerstone of America, homeownership. It is the first real sign of ownership as your tax bracket and expense load change. But getting there has been what most banks and companies have overstressed thus far which is part of the reason of our current status. The emphasis should have been on maintenance. Maintaining and sustaining strategies should have been implemented so that prospective buyers and homeowners are prepared to adjust and strategize amidst this turmoil. My passion to provide this first and for most is what sustains my business and is one of the reasons for my blessings, as some companies go out of business,  or file BK.
  
  Todays' customer are those who are in need of credit repair (that works and is inexpensively worth it), mortgage modifications or debt settlement/management. I have mostly mortgage modifications, debt settlements and credit repair clients but it make sense for it to work that way because these are the same people who will be able to thrive and do their part in picking up the housing market. My part is to provide the education,  strategies, and services that will manifest that reality.
  
  My approach is personable and simple, I "educate and cultivate relationships". (see www.astutemortgage.com) I provide a monthly newsletter to hundreds of subscribers via email and have developed and physical mailing subscriber lists. No mortgage jargon that confuses you, just straight talk. I'm always eager to assist and consultation is invited and FREE.
