Was born in Buffalo, New York. She attended the Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts (class of 1985) where she studied theater and dance. After winning a Theater Scholarship

She continued her studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Denise has performed on stage, television, film and radio as an actress, dancer, and
choreographer.

She turned her talents to writing in 2009 with the release of her first children’s
book “A Tale of Three Tails.” Denise has written several other children’s books focusing on compassion for all beings and
raising awareness for the plight of stray animals in our society. Her first non fiction book


“Tony’s Tale, Tragedy in Arizona” tackles the injustice of judicial murder and breed specific
prejudice.


Denise currently lives in Orlando, Florida and spends her time as a writer, speaker,
humanitarian, and advocate for animals.
