Continuing our discussion of resumes from last week's show, Chris Twyman talks about the enormous pressure that market changes have placed on both recruiters and employers.

Last week we talked about how the job interview is a lot like the first date. Chris notes a similarity between the divorce rate and the employee churn rate. Do recruiters need to be more like marriage counselors?

Chris suggests that might be the case, but he goes further. Perhaps the Web can provide a release valve for the employee / employer relationship similar to what it provides for marriages.

It's time to face the tough questions: are we ready for CAREER P0RN?
