Are you positioning yourself so that one day, you do not have to work? 2. When you no longer have a financial need to work in the role you occupy, would you still continue to occupy that role? 3. Do you define your own standards of career excellence? We also discuss the relationship between succes and transparency -- being honest and open with ourselves is key to defining and measuring our success. He is also on the Board of Governors at the Institute of Career Certification International. Larry specializes in leadership, corporate governance, and career management.
