To "worship" means to "bow down" and "kneel" to pay homage to a Superior Authority .As we enter into the presence of God we are to "bow down" and "worship" not just physically but our hearts are to always be "bowed down" and humbled before the Lord before we can worship in spirit and in truth.

O Come, let us worship and "bow down"; let us "kneel" before the Lord our maker. Ps. 95:6
