Good Morning Mamas!

We all deserve a moment of stillness to start the day and research is showing that any kind of stillness or mindful reflection practice and guided relaxation every day gives us greater capacity to parent better and be kind to ourselves in the process.  You are supported and a good mom. Let's know that in our bones by sitting together.

We will sit together for 20 minutes.  Even on the days you may not feel like it, knowing that you are sitting with many other mothers you can not only rest in stillness, you can also receive support from all the other women who are working in the home moms, working out of the home moms, single moms and just about any kind of mom you can think of.  

I will guide you through different awareness practices in a practical non religeous tradition designed for stress reduction and self compassion.
