Tough Talk Christian Radio with Tony Gambone and Special Guest Eric Willis:

Eric Willis serves as Pastor of Minister Development at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton Texas where he oversees Bent Tree’s Network of Church Leaders and the Pastoral Launching Pad Residency program. He is the Executive Director of Reclaim Leadership, a ministry of encouragement to ministry leaders facing burnout. Eric consults on issues of interpersonal, organizational, business, and church conflict. He has over 20 years of pastoral ministry experience and is a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. He is also a Certified Christian Conciliator through the Institute for Christian Conciliation.

Eric holds two Master of Arts degrees in Christian Education and Marriage & Family Counseling and is currently working on his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Conflict Resolution.

Eric enjoys being outdoors, reading, writing, and playing golf. Eric’s first book “Breathing Space: A Respite for Ministry Leaders” was published in March 2015. His second book “Sacred Conflict: Resolution Skills for the Follower of Christ” was published in October, 2018.

Eric and his wife Jennifer have been married 27 years and have five children. All boys!
