Charlotte Howard has been coaching and consulting with advancing women, busy moms, beauty salon experts; private and corporate owned beauty salon businesses for over a decade. She owns several niche websites but her most precious passions include: creating engaging yet educational websites for advancing women, busy moms, beauty salon experts; private and corporate owned beauty salon businesses and empowering them to enhance themselves, lives, and business from the inside out in record time!  She graduated from Trident Technical College and received her Cosmetology degree in 1999. After graduating college she wanted to advance further personally and professionally.

Caird is the founder and president of Newroad Coaching. She runs her business and her life as an optimist and opportunist and is known for her ability to inspire and motivate people.Caird is no stranger to the health and wellness arena. For three generations she and her family have owned and operated the world-renowned Shouldice Hospital in Toronto-an institution known for its innovative and high quality health care since 1945. Caird serves as Vice-President and a Director of the company.

Prior to becoming a coach, Caird spent 18 years in the film and television industry as an actor, casting director and producer. During the span of her career she has worked with many of the industries’ finest entertainers and producers. From her years with Alliance Atlantis to her more recent projects with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Caird has held significant positions on television and film productions valued in the millions of dollars.
