Christina has over 20 years of experience in Performance Management and Development for sales organizations. During that time she not only worked one-on-one with employees to improve their personal performance, but also with sales managers to coach, mentor, and develop effective sales teams. In her current role as President & CEO of Sandler Training, Genesis Development, Inc., Christina focuses on visionary business leaders who want their organizations to lead and sell more effectively. She uses real-world sales and coaching strategies that impact the bottom line of both large and small organizations. Christina also works with non-selling professionals including attorneys, accountants & CPA's, architects and engineers who are challenged with building a client base. She helps these professionals develop a consistent system to generate new accounts and perpetuate their personal growth or the growth of their company. Prior to her joining Sandler, Christina worked with organizations such as Dahill (a Xerox Company) and ADP. At Dahill, Christina was hired to support the sales development of six new offices in the Houston area.
