She is a leading expert in the area of physician billing and reimbursement. Currently the President of STAT Medical Consulting, a comprehensive medical billing service in Encino, California providing billing services to physicians and surgeons in solo practice or small group practices. She has given many seminars on Billing, Coding, Fraud and Abuse, and has published a monthly column in MD News in the Inland Empire edition. Dolphin Kasper grew up in Vancouver BC in quite a unique environment.  His childhood experience at home was full of community and people looking for meaning and purpose in their lives.  His mother Susan Kasper was doing powerful personal growth work with people throughout his childhood and adolescence.  This work included self discovery, emotional healing and authentic communication.  As much as Dolphin knew the goodness of what was happening around him he wasn’t ready to fully step into it until after he finished high school.   With an ache and yearning for a life that felt fully alive Dolphin began to seek and learn and live with an intention of growth and discovery.
