Small Bussines Success Talk with Helen Callier with guest Cassandra Bradford is a national motivational speaker who empowers small business owners through personal consultation, workshops, seminars, conferences and training synopsis of entrepreneurship and its successes. Through her mentoring programs, Cassandra has helped many small business owners understand business growth, development, proper structure and the effects of contract opportunities as a Minority-owned, Woman-owned and Veteran-owned business. Cassandra is the president and CEO of 5 for profit entities—one being Genesis Preferred Solutions, a business consulting firm located in Arlington, Texas.  She is also the President of the North Texas Minority Chamber of Commerce, the fastest growing chamber in the north Texas region with more than 170 active members.  The NTMCC is a 501c6 organization whose mission is to create synergies between small, minority and women business owners, governments and the community covering 27 counties and/or 362 cities.  Partnering with other organizations and groups to meet the needs of our teens/youths, citizens and business owners to strengthen our neighborhoods and communities back to wholeness. Cassandra is fondly and affectionately known through-out the metroplex for her love and analogies about CAKE and her comparison for relationship building, networking, and “doing better business”. Cassandra’s passion is to grow and develop small business everywhere as well as a vocal advocate for fairness and the implementation of a fair “playing field” for small business of any ethnicity or gender.  She is considered a networking “guru” by her peers and colleagues and an informed educator by others.
