Toni Harris, affectionately known as the "Turnaround Queen" has taken many drastic steps to obtain the success that many dream about. After spending 11 years as a successful financial advisor, Toni left her corporate career to pursue her passion to become a motivational speaker and life coach. Toni teaches her clients to overcome obstacles such as self-doubt and fear, by embracing them and using them as stepping stones to success. She has developed the systems to empower her clients to live the life they imagined personally, professionally and financially. Toni’s energy is contagious which motivates and inspires her audiences to take the ordinary and make it extraordinary.

Kelly Len Johnson’s humble rearing was intertwined with the dysfunction of alcoholism, abuse, multiple divorces and relocations in an unstable home. Despite the problems at home, he still managed to test at genius levels, go to Odessa College on a debate scholarship, and graduate with honors from Eastern New Mexico University in Roswell, New Mexico. He married and had one son. Kelly began his career at a bus plant as a quality inspector. His creative imagination, cooperative spirit, inspiring motivational talents, incredible memory, and natural interpersonal communication skills empowered him as he worked up through the ranks from supervisor, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Director of the Quality Department, Director of Production, and finally Director of Operations taking of responsibilities for entire facility.
