Williams believes it is essential for young men and women to dress appropriately when meeting a potential employer for the first time. "In just 19 seconds, an employer can tell whether they want to hire your students," said Mr. Michael Williams. "They also wonder what kind of handshake he or she will have not to mention what their smile, eye contact and voice pitch will be like. More importantly, how will he or she dress for the interview," said Williams.
