I would never have guessed the depth of caring I feel about her safety, development, progress, etc. That why I founded Moms With Teens and Tweens so there would be a forum for sharing and support.

HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED SOMETHING THAT CHANGED YOUR LIFE: Certainly every experience has shaped my journey but a major turning point for me came in 2007 when I had a significant back injury requiring surgery. It was then I had to learn to slow down, come back home to my body, and receive support from others. It was this turning point that truly set me on the path for my coaching and writing.
