Maria A. Francis is the CEO and Founder of Living Forward Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to provide education, mentorship and social support to women with criminal justice histories who are incarcerated for drug related offenses and who have short-term pending release dates.

Barclay Brown is an expert in job hunting. For over 20 years, he has been studying, teaching and using job stalking techniques to help everyone from janitors to vice presidents find, land and enjoy their dream jobs! He leads seminars and has coached thousands of people. Recently he launched an online podcast on his job stalking techniques and has an upcoming book, “You’re Hired!
