He specializes in providing project management and controls services to the onshore and offshore oil, gas, petrochemical, pipeline and power industries. In his roles with organizations such as Global Offshore Industries, Technip Offshore, Chicago Bridge & Iron formerly, he has coordinate task to ensure timely and accurate reporting on hundred-million dollar projects. Considered an expert in PLC, Risk Management, EVM, Cost Forecasting and Scheduling, Josh has had formal speaking engagements around these issues for the Universities, Industry Organizations, Tradeshows, and several end user clients worldwide. Josh has accumulated over 15 years of executive and consulting experience with global organizations based in China, India, Thailand, Canada, Mexico, Trinidad, and the United States.
