Total-Deliverance  

Wonder why I have been so flaky lately? Well I seem to have some serious problems with the old ticker. It is not firing right and it is causing all sorts of problems. I will be going in for some tests and such, in fact I go to see the heart doctor at 9AM this morning. I ONLY found out about this yesterday and my doc is very concerned about the test he took.

So, I will try very hard to do as many shows as I can but if I have one set and I fail to show it is because I was unable to.

Listen folks I want you to please understand something. The fact that we ALL will die someday is nothing new to us though we do NOT like to think or talk about it. Never the less that IS what will happen because oddly 10 out of 10 people WILL die.

Now please do not take my words wrong but my prayer is not so much that God will prolong my life here on this lousy planet that is so full of sin and trash. My prayer is that I WILL be like Jesus, that I will focus in on Him more than ANYTHING else in my life.

If you wish to pray for me I have a request and I pray you seriously do this, okay.

First, pray for my wife and child that will be left here when I go. Pray my wife digs deeper into the Lord and trusts Him through it all. Pray she becomes so focused on Christ that the rest of the world pales in comparison. Though she loves the Lord now and follows Him she needs a deeper walk and a deeper understanding, as wel ALL do I would think.

Pray for my almost 13 year old girl. She is at the rebellious age and is questioning everything, even if God is real or not. She somehow, from our last church I guess, has it in her head that since God did not wake her up a few times when she asked Him to, she is now not sure He is real. They got her to believe that if she asked God for ANYTHING He HAS TO DO IT! Since He failed to be her alarm clock she now isn't sure He is real. Do you see where these teachings take kids???!!! Please pray God will get a hold of her in such a way she will never turn from Him again and never do the things I did, as if she doesn't turn soon she WILL go down the same types of trails I did and folks I do not know that she has it in her to make it. Pray hard for her please.

For those of you that feel praying for God to heal me and all that. That's fine and dandy. I have no problems with that but I am asking that you pray MORE that God will draw me every closer to Him during my last days on Earth. Oh, I could be around for some time with the way medicine and such goes. However, if what I feel inside me is any indication of what is really wrong, I am a dead duck! LOL I must tell you I AM fine with that though. Maybe even a little expectant if you get my meaning. As Paul said, "for me to die is gain...." He and I agree on that for sure. Though staying here and living through the daily pain and such I go through would be more helpful for some of you and for my family as well.

Also, let me add this in here that may be taken wrongly by some of you. My mom and I talked yesterday about this and though it is a hard thing to talk about for a mom. Knowing she may very well out live her 40 year old son is not easy I am sure. However, she knows where I am going and we BOTH rejoice over that. Dad & my mom may cry for a time but this life is but a vapor folks. The REAL life is to come and this is NOT it. One day in eternity, regardless of which place you go to, Heaven or Hell. We will look at this time we "lived" and say, "Was that even real or did we live in a cartoon?" Real "LIVING" will start when we stand before God and He declares us either Clean and righteous or dirty and damned!

Please, think of this for the rest of your life. Oneday you will face a doctor that tells you your body is giving out. Will you truly be a SLAVE of Christ or will you have tried to make Christ your slave?! Mathew 7:21-23 Read it, study it, find out who it is talking about, what it is talking about and examine yourself and the doctrine you follow. Will you hear those daming words when you stand before God? Oh how I pray NOT but sadly I know MANY of you will and you will stand there with the biggest smile on your face just before God speaks. You will "KNOW that you know that you know your going to Heaven" but when He looks at you He will declare He never knew you because you followed a false doctrine.

Please, pray for my family and for me that we all get even closer to God before it is over.
