Due to extenuating circumstances, tonight's live broadcast of Tope Con Coolio will not be happening. Basically, Ben G's sick with the flu and Ben P's got some sort of homework issue. But we're not going to leave the great listeners of Tope Con Coolio high and dry with nothing to listen to. There's going to be 90 minutes of audio, just as promised. From 2003-2006, Tope Con Coolio host Ben Gordon was part of an extremely popular college radio show called The Big Wrestling Show, broadcast out of the student run radio station of Oswego State University. For those who weren't around for this era of college radio greatness or for those that wish to relive it, Tope Con Coolio presents The Best of The Big Wrestling Show. This panel of OSU students and pro wrestling enthusiasts had the opportunity on several occasions to interview some of the stars of independent wrestling, and you will hear some of them tonight, including: *Colt Cabana (from February 2005) *Gabe Sapolsky (from May 2005) *Steve Corino (from late 2005) So join Tope Con Coolio as we take a trip down memory lane and revisit the ol' gang including Ben, "JR" John Russell, "Mushi Mushi" Matt Foster, F-Tom McComb and "No Sell" Tim Sampsell. We WILL return live next week with our very special guest third mic, NWA Upstate wrestler Mark Kreiger.
