Hello everyone! This week, I have two guests that will talk about huge current events. My first guest is John Phillips, who will be talking about the Trayvon and Zimmerman case. My second guest is Stuart Vener, who will be telling you all about how the government is making it harder for you to purchase homes.

John Phillips is an Attorney, Legal Historian, and two-time Florida Super Lawyer who is certified to practice in three states! He saw how the media has sensationalized the Trayvon tragedy and decided to look into the facts of the case himself. He has studied hundreds of news articles, police reports, and eyewitness interviews to put together a complete historical profile of both Trayvon and Zimmerman. Today, he will be talking to us about both (radically different) sides of the story.

Stuart Vener is one of America's most knowledgeable real estate investors and consultants. He is the President of the Wilshire Holding Group, Inc., the Director of Community Housing and Development Corp. (a charity that has provided over $100 million in down payment gifts for buyers), and a National Real Estate and Mortgage expert. Like the rest of us, he sees how bad the Real Estate market is right now. It has to deal with the poor economy, job status, and the fact that it's getting harder and harder to get a loan from a bank. Today, he will be telling us how the government is making it even harder and making buying homes more expensive.
