Bernie Horn has worked on politics and public policy for the past 30 years as a campaign manager, political consultant, lawyer, lobbyist, communications director, and policy director. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Campaign for America's Future working on message framing and delivery. For eight years, he was Senior Director for Policy and Communications at the Center for Policy Alternatives (CPA). DeLong is chair of the Berkeley International and Area Studies Political Economy major; a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research; and a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
