How is the Black male portrayed in the media? What can we do to improve our image? What is the role of the Black man in the community, in families, and in society? We will talk about this and issues around the Black male this week on TAO Live.
Joining us this week is Mr. Brandon Frame, Chief Visionary Officer of theblackmancan.org. Having graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing and five corporate job offers waiting, Brandon chose to pursue his passion for education and youth development. He developed and implemented a mentor/affinity group to help stimulate personal growth for African American males. All of this led to Brandon being selected by Fessenden’s administration to sit on the Diversity Inclusion Committee to assist in developing a more diverse and inclusive school and community. Brandon Frame is shaping lives and making connections, serving as the Director of Business Partnerships and Program Development at High School Inc., in Hartford, Connecticut.
As always, Ghana Imani Hylton will join us for the Adinkra House music spotlight.
