I believe Apostle are essential in the church today. They are duty bound to establish order and a government in the kindgom. The only folk that are of the opinion that Apostles are NOT relevant are those that are stuck in tradtion, religiosity and church as they prefer. I would like to also mention that one does not have to be "titled up" to be mantled up as an apostle. Some of the best apostles I know are not recognized as such.
