We will be talking with Hector Sanchez-Flores, the Director of the California Fatherhood Initiative and a founder of California's male involvement programs, about recent developments in the initiative and the challenges that still remain. The California Fatherhood Initiative aims to bring together organizations, government entities, professionals, law enforcement, legislators and community advocates that have a vested interest in improving the lives of children, families and communities through positive fatherhood involvement and youth mentorship.
