    LeGarrette Blount

    This is something I have to get off my chest.  So Oregon has suspended LaGarrette Blount for the season.  Is this the right thing to do?  The Boise State player, who was knocked out by Blount, started this whole incident and yet nothing is being done by Boise State officials.  I am not condoning Blount's actions after the punch, but what I am saying is none of this would have happened if Byron Hout had keep his smart ass comments to himself.  Everybody has their breaking point and that is what happened to Blount.  Twenty years ago if this happened it would have been probably a 2 game suspension.....but in today's 24/7 media coverage it seems to me Oregon had their hand forced in this decision and that is not right.
