Inspiring New Leadership for Old Challenges

Jesus challenged 12 men who were common laborers - poor, uneducated, self-centered, proud, and spiritually imperceptive. In over a three-year period they were inspired and transformed by his vision, purpose and passion for the world.

He modeled, mentored, and empowered them to become leaders that would transform the world with a simple message that was to “Jews a stumbling block and foolishness to Gentiles, Christ and him crucified.”

The disciples saw Christ’s compassion for the multitudes that were faint; who were disenfranchised, marginalized and powerless to change their condition.

Christ was enamored not by who the disciples were, but rather by who they would become. Today Christ calls you and me to come and follow him, and as we follow him we become enamored with him and passionate about those who are faint. He promised to make us leaders commissioned and empowered to change the world with that same simple message that is as relevant today as it was 2000 years ago.

Today we enjoy great technological advancements that have improved the quality of our lives, but we still face the old challenge of our sinful behavior that not only separates us from God but from one another.

We at Transformational Leadership Forum want to inspire a new generation of leaders that will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and seek to transform their community and their world.
