Why does Asia continue to attract so much growth capital? Capital flows around the world like weather patterns. High pressure systems move and react to low pressure systems to create sunny dry weather or stormy conditions. Economic policies create conditions which repel or attract capital. The WSJ had a front page article entitled "Uneven Global Growth Bedevils CEO's." It shouldn't be a surprise that Asian economies continue to grow (and attract capital) while Europe crawls and the U.S. limps. Booms and Busts Don't happen in a vacuum!
