For some “Love” is at an all time high in the month of February because of Valentine’s Day. We should love ourselves and others everyday of the year. We abuse the word love without fully realizing how it will destroy us individually and as a culture. Lately, I have been noticing a trend of people still seeking love in the wrong places. Do we understand the importance of loving ourselves first and taking that much needed journey of Self-Reflection?
