SERIOUSIDE: No Black Coaches, Chris Dorner, Gun Violence

Welcome to the Seriouside of the jril show.  This morning, we will be talking about the following topics:

1st Segment. NO FUN LEAGUE: The NFL had 15 coaches vacanies, eight head coaching jobs and seven general manager positions, which were all filled by white candidates.  Does the Rooney rule really works

2nd Segment:  DEADLY CONSEQUENCES: As the hunt for former Los Angeles police officer Christopher Dorner enters its fourth day, the LAPD police chief has ordered a review of Dorner's disciplinary case.  Is this a case of appeasing a killer or a signal that there is really problems in the LAPD.

3rd Segment:  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH:  Hadiya Pendleton, a 15 year old girl who was gunned down in Chicago just days after performing at President Obama's inauguration. Her death has come to represent the miserable cost of violence and gangs.  We will discuss.
