Communication: The Bridge Between Employer and Employee

A Christians we are called to be examples to the world on how God's people should interact in all areas of life. This includes our on the job life. In various places in scripture we are told how to act so that others see the love of God in our lives. We are to be different in speach and actions. In hard and difficult times. We are to work for our employer as if we are working for the Lord. But what does this mean? Every action that we perform should shout to the world that we love the Lord and we are different because of our life choices.
