1. Eat healthy or (healthier) for 30 days! 
2. Exercise Workout 3x a week, with 30- 60 min 
3. Keep a food journal
4. Choose 1 thing to cut out, or set multiple goals for    
5. Do your best to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night
6. 5- 30 minutes of a stress relieving technique per day
