Small Business Series Business Plan Part 2

On the last show we talked about business plans and this week we continue to go through the various parts of the business plan in such a way that the mystery and angst is taken away. So often business plans seem incredibly overwhelming but when it is explained to you simply, you'll see that none of it is difficult. Even budgeting and cashflow projections are easy - let's face it - it's all guess work, isn't it? Even though you've done the research and the planning, there is no real way of knowing whether things will take shape the way you envisioned it. It's part of the risk of going into your own business. A business plan diminishes the risk but doesn't take it away.
