And this means that you have a bit of down draft, working against you. But be assured that if you just keep flying you will see more positive popping up. I do not know you but will share one thing that has really helped me. And that would be finding out what your personal kitchen sink is, and make sure that one spot is in order to some degree, each step you take before you go to bed at night. Believe me this does not happen over night either. I am a flybaby learning to fly with chronic pain and depression. I would love to chat with anyone in the same situation or anyone that wants to be friends. I love the flylady comunnity it has gotten me through some really rough times recently. I am struggling to keep up with the housework due to the pain and mental anguish. I am working to get the negative voices out of my head so if you are a positive voice I would love to chat:)
