The Healthy Lifestyle Solution was developed by Dr Karen Wolfe as a science–based breakthrough program for disease prevention. Dr Wolfe uses this in her coaching work with clients and has had great success. The 8-step Lifestyle plan identifies the psychological, physical and lifestyle causes of dis-ease and offers a solution for each.
Dr Karen is an Australian Physician, author, entrepreneur, speaker and certified coach with Guiding Mindful Change and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is the author of seven books including Medicine from the Inside Out, Create the Body Your Soul Desires and her latest book Is Your Lifestyle Killing You? She has several CD’s including Visualizations for Healing and Glycemic Index Made Easy.
Born and raised in Sydney Australia, Dr Karen went to Sydney University Medical School and graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.}.
Dr Karen moved to the United States in 1991 and completed a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She frequently speaks at conferences and professional organizations throughout USA and abroad on wellness and nutrition..
