    Please call in and let us know how you are feeling this season. What's happening in your life to block your happiness. Let Those Revs share their hearts and support you in your journey. November, the month of Thanksgiving, is a perfect time to pay attention to the good that is already in our lives. Opening to gratitude helps us discover these everyday blessings and gifts. Whatever is lacking will still be missing, of course, and no one is saying we ought to put on rose-colored glasses to obscure those shortcomings. Yet the capacity to recognize the everyday good in the world affirms life and sets us free. Sometimes we tend to focus so heavily on deficiency that we barely perceive the good that counterbalances it. Our spiritual practice, then, is to cultivate the capacity to be aware of the good in our lives and not take it for granted; and, to shift our attention from the endless dissatisfaction of perceived inadequacies and lack to that of gratitude for the good that is already there.

    Are we old yet??

    Well this our birthday month.  Those Revs are ageing and sageing.  That was sageing not sagging. Judy is a beautiful 63 and Glenda a cuteiful 58.Yes, Judy is the old one.  Are we old??  Yes, Maybe, Depends on how you look at.  The face and bodies aren't what they were but it is rather nice not caring so much any more.  I think we are rather liking this part of the journey.  The inner beauty is shining through. (You have to look at the eyes not the skin around them)  We certainly are more authentic than when we were younger.  I do believe we are having more fun too. 

    Founding Common Ground has changed our lives. We have learned so much in the process.  Taking ourselves too serious is key. 
    Life was meant to be lived.  And it can only be lived in the moment.  So for this moment all is well.  Happy Birthday to us.
