The NFL has gone thru a paradigm shift where in the not so distant past we were discussing how the lack of black quarterbacks and coaches was appalling. Now half of the teams have a RGII clone or want to be and offenses who once thought the pistol offense was a short term fad are scurrying to implement this explosive and unpredictable philosophy.
