Our 3nd show of 8 will focus on NUTRITION - "Fuel For Healing the Body" with guest griot NAKEESHA HARRIS
MS; C. N. C., C. M. M
. I've heard that when you eat a plant based diet you will be healthier. We've all heard the "but I don't want to eat grass" , "Give me something that has died.", "I'll eat plastic if it tastes good", "Give me something that came from a womb!". I know, that sounds disgusting. The last two I made up, but you might as well say that's why we're eating the things we eat. We know it's bad for us and our children but it tastes soo good. Eating fruits and veggies half of the time will add quality years onto your life regardless of your age. Let's talk about NUTRITION, something doctors get less than 3 credit hours on in all of their 6, 8 or 10 years of schooling with NAKEESHA HARRIS, MS; C. N. C., C. M. M. our 3EO guest griot who is a God-fearing woman and wife who has an extreme passion for health. A health and wellness expert, certified nutritional counselor, certified through the American Association of Nutritional Counselors and a certified medical missionary, she is most definitely walking in her calling. The founder and CEO of Nakeesha’s Nutrition, which specializes in workshops, conferences, seminars, cooking demonstrations, individual consultations and anything else that is needed to assist in overall health and wellness. She is also the founder of the Garden of Life Health and Fitness Summer Camp, a program that specializes in the overall health of children.  Hosted by Visionary/Creator  "DaOne"  with NAISA producer/writer Co-Host, Featuring The Human "Encyclo-negro-pedia" C.
