  Ladies, Let's Talk: Finding Your Soulmate

  On this week's segment of Ladies, Let's Talk, the ladies discuss their perspective on what a soulmate is and how to find your soulmate. We will tackle such questions as: 1. How do you define soulmate? 2. How do you know when you have found your soulmate? 3. Can you have more than one soulmate? 4. Is a soulmate suppose to complete you as a person? 5. What are some criteria for a soulmate? All are welcomed to join us for a lively discussion on finding your soulmate.   Ladies, Let's Talk: Being Heart Healthy

  February is American Heart Month. According to a report issued by the American Heart Association Statistics Committee and Stroke Statistics Subcommittee, heart disease is the major cause of death in the United States. The ladies of Ladies, Let's Talk will discuss the importance of being heart healthy and share their stories of heart disease.

  Attracting More of What You Want with Law of Attraction Author Michael Losier

  Popular author, Michael Losier, will be the upcoming guest on The Women's Empower Hour, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. EST. Michael Losier is the author of the best selling book, Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't. He lives in beautiful Victoria, BC, on Canada's west coast. Michael caught the attention of Oprah Winfrey and was subsequently interviewed four times on her radio show Oprah and Friends on XM radio. Michael went on to host his own radio show on Oprah and Friends from Jan-Dec 2008. The demand for Michael to present his Law of Attraction seminar around the world grew astronomically in 2008. This demand, coupled with Michael's desire to spread the teachings of Law of Attraction to as many people as possible in his lifetime, resulted in Michael creating a 4 day seminar, in which he trains students how to facilitate LOA seminars using his teaching strategies and training methods. People from around the world (India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, UK, Cypress, Canada and the USA) have attended Michael's new Certified Facilitator Training Program and Michael intends to train even more students, worldwide in 2009.

  Ladies, Let's Talk: Choosing Healthy Relationships

  Ladies, Let's Talk is designed to inform, empower, inspire and uplift its listeners to live their best life. We have fun, but there are times that we will be tackling the tough issues. On Monday's show, the ladies and I will be discussing abuse and the importance of the partners we choose. According to the National Institute of Justice research, 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. In a CDC report, Violence by Intimate Partners, "The consequences of abuse are profound, extending beyond the health and happiness of individuals to affect the well-being of entire communities. Living in a violent relationship affects a woman's sense of self-esteem and her ability to participate in the world."
