Moment In The Word: Is There Refuge In ( The City) Bethel?

Have you ever been going about your business (trying to take care of the too much on your personal plate) when all of a sudden your attention is pricked by an event on the news?  Or maybe you were just looking out of the window while riding on a bus and suddenly there sight that your mind is stating can't be true?   Back in his day Amos was a sheep herder and the caretaker of Sycamore trees, who was moving about his business, when his attention was drawn to the state of his country. This evening we will continue our study in the Book of Amos (Chapter 5).  

  Yahushua by the Holy Spirit is doing the same in the Kingdom today...opening spiritual eyes to see truth. 

 "..Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the table of your heart..." (Proverbs 3:3).

That means that we each must acknowledge our responsible to know what our Father says as it relates to our personal and corporate daily lives.  The Word is the promises and instruction of G-d to HIs people while we live in this strange land that is not our home. Let's "rightly" divide the Word so that we may be the light and the salt of the earth until the bridegroom comes for His own.
